certificates, experience letters, photographs, and other required papers are collected
and verified to ensure accuracy and completeness.
2. Visa Application Processing
The visa application is prepared and submitted to the respective embassy or consulate
of the destination country. Our team ensures that all documents are properly arranged
according to the requirements of the concerned authorities.
3. Government Formalities
All required formalities with the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) and other
relevant government offices are completed to obtain the necessary approvals for legal
overseas employment.
4. Ticketing and Travel Arrangement
Once the visa is approved, flight tickets and travel arrangements are made for the
selected candidates. Our office ensures that candidates receive clear information
regarding their travel schedule and necessary preparations.
5. Pre-Departure Orientation
Before departure, candidates participate in a pre-departure orientation program where
they are informed about the working environment, laws, culture, and responsibilities in
the destination country.
6. Final Deployment
After completing all required procedures, the candidates are safely deployed to their
respective destinations to begin their employment. Our team remains available to
provide support and coordination whenever necessary.
