1. Demand Letter Approval

The recruitment process begins after receiving an official demand letter from the
overseas employer. The demand letter is verified and approved by the concerned
authorities of the Government of Nepal to ensure its authenticity and compliance with
legal procedures.

2. Advertisement and Candidate Sourcing

Once approval is obtained, the job vacancies are advertised through newspapers, online
platforms, and other media channels to inform interested candidates about the available
opportunities

3. Application Collection and Screening

Interested candidates submit their applications along with required documents. Our
recruitment team carefully reviews and screens all applications to shortlist candidates
based on the employer’s requirements, qualifications, and experience.

4. Preliminary Interview

Shortlisted candidates are invited for a preliminary interview conducted by our
professional recruitment team to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for the job
position.

5. Final Interview by Employer or Representative

Selected candidates then attend a final interview conducted by the employer or their
authorized representatives to finalize the selection.

6. Medical Examination

Candidates who pass the final interview are required to undergo a medical examination
at government-approved medical centers to ensure they are physically fit for overseas
employment.

7. Documentation and Visa Processing

After medical clearance, the necessary documentation, visa processing, and
government formalities are completed in accordance with the rules and regulations of
the foreign employment department.

8. Pre-Departure Orientation

Before departure, candidates receive a pre-departure orientation program to inform
them about their job responsibilities, workplace culture, laws of the destination country,
and their rights and duties.

9. Deployment

Finally, the selected candidates are deployed to their respective destination countries to
begin their employment.
